Adagielle is now off hiatus! :D As might be obvious, there's also a new layout - it shouldn't cache, but if you can't see it, be sure to refresh your browser! First of all, a few new affiliates!   And quite a few new decks. ^-^; I wanted to finish all the ones I had backed up before ending hiatus, so . . .                Please take one from each deck and comment! Donators, as always, get another choice card for the deck they donated to. Katie, please take an extra zebras card for making that deck! Everyone, please also take ONE of the layout cards below!     All of these cards also means that deck donations are open again! I'll also be working on remaking a few decks to better fit the quality of the new cards. All of the games (save for a small few) have been updated, so go have fun with those! <3 Also, staffers, I've put up a staff profiles topic in the forum - would you take a moment to look at that? Thanks! ^_^ |

Hello! I'm glad to see activity going up again, everyone! I know things are being a little slow, but I'm working a lot behind the scenes. Thank you all for being so patient! On a bit of a different note, I want to say that one thing that really bothers me is when people quit without sending in a quit form. I bring this up because when cleaning out the member list a bit (removing people who didn't respond to the last inactive member check email), I came across a number of people who hadn't replied to the email, sent in a quit form or notified me in any manner about leaving the TCG and had removed their cards. I'm not bothered when people quit - I simply thank them for playing, collect their cards and remove them from the member list. I understand people become bored with TCGs, and unless the reason is an actual insult, I'm not bothered by that. What I am bothered by is someone not having the courtesy to say something about leaving. I don't hold it against them - but I want to make note of this for anyone who may be thinking of leaving, to PLEASE send in a form and NOT just up and leave without warning! It's kinder to everyone else, because no one has to go to your page and not find your cards. If you don't want to make a list of your cards, that's fine, too! Just please please please send in a form! -steps off soapbox- Anyway, on a lighter note~ I have made a LOT of new decks (and Rahenna's made two, as well!). 12, 14 counting Rahenna's. This means a lot of freebies for you all~               Everyone may take one card from each regular deck, two special cards from two different special decks and COMMENT! Donators, as always, get another choice card for the deck they donated to. Rahenna may take an extra card each from lemons and volcanoes for making them! We also have one new affiliate!  And while there are no game updates, there IS a new activity: stamp cards (finally)! What would you like to see for a new layout, once I get to making one? I still quite fancy this one, but I need ideas for when layout-making inspiration comes along. If you leave an idea, you may take two regular cards from the randomiser! |

I spent a few days last week cutting images for decks to be made, so now all there is to do is add colour, adjust the images and save the cards for all my personally backed-up decks. Which means, as soon as those are all done, image donations will be open again! :D We have a lot of new affiliates this update! ^o^               Also, I forgot to mention this last update, but from the beaches deck, my photos are 06 & 16. So El, KellieDee take one random regular card and one choice card, and Barbar, Riese, Katie, Rahenna take two choice cards! If I forgot anyone, someone let me know. XD Speaking of cards~ New decks!      As always, one from each deck and comment; anyone who donated images gets an extra from that deck! Also, I've updated the Yesterday was Independence Day for the United States, and even though I don't celebrate it, you may all take a special card numbered four and comment. :P EDIT: Okay, since I'm an idiot, I'm letting you all take another two special cards of choice, any number. Why? Well . . . I went to prune out old topics in the forum and accidentally deleted all but two level up & master forms. So if you posted either and didn't take your reward yet, please do so again, mark it as a repost in the title, and I'll answer it so Katie doesn't have to go through that again. ;_; I'm really sorry! Now that I have a new mouse and a bit more time during the day, I think I'll be able to catch up with things around here a bit faster. I haven't gotten to forms just yet (I kind of fear the sheer amount of them at this point XD), but I do have other things! The Daylight group games have all been updated. They'll be updated again next time round, since I accidentally updated the Dawn games twice in a row. -_-; Ahem. I'm debating over deleting a few of the harder-to-maintain games or at least changing them. I doubt Wishing Well will last very long, as it doesn't seem very popular round here! XD As for new decks, we have . . .   Only two, I know, but I haven't exactly had time for making decks. Sorry! Everyone please take one card from each deck. Katie, please take an extra from the daisies deck for making it! And since I am always looking for new ways to give you all cards while the site is in a hiatus, here's a perfect excuse: I went to see the Honda Civic Tour's last show June 14th, and since two of the four bands (The Hush Sound and Panic! At the Disco) are two of my favourites, please take eight cards with the letters H-U-S-H & P-A-T-D anywhere in the deck name! Two may be special cards. Have fun! |

So, here's the thing. I can't work on much of anything at all right now because in the past month, my mouse has given out (I had to replace it with another one which seems to be possessed -- it clicks things on its own due to some sensitivity glitch -- and the scroller's given out, which makes it very hard for me to use it), my desk has fallen apart so I can't type properly without hurting my wrists, and other than the technical side of things, my life is so stressful right now, I don't even want to spend my free time doing anything but reading, writing and listening to music. I don't know how long it'll be until this all gets fixed. It could be months, I don't know. Quit if you wish - I know it's frustrating to be a member of a TCG that's on a long hiatus. I can't help this, though; everytime I sit down to work, something comes up. -sigh- For now, I can't do anything. I'm really sorry -- and thank you to everyone for understanding. I don't mean to whine, but I thought it right you all know why this is taking so long. |
